Marshall's ice cream bar on corner of 107 and Merrick Rd in Massapequa a landmark place with all kinds of ice cream served all kinds of ways and in the front freezer pick and choose to go. Standardly good. Nice young girls ( with long pretty tied back hair) serving the line of customers. Open late and a place to stop and get a yummy snack.
I was actually trying to go to the hamburger spot next door and saw this spot when looking for parking. There was a long line for the hamburger spot so I figured I'd get a small thing of ice cream to eat while we waited. I came here on a Saturday evening around 6pm and parking was hard to find. However, there was always someone leaving the lot. There was no line for ice cream and staff was friendly. Credit cards are accepted. I decided on a small cup of soft serve chocolate ice cream (~$4) which was a good amount for one person. Full of flavor and very creamy. I would definitely return to try other menu items!
Purchased an ice cream cake for Mother's Day. I definitely think it's better than Carvel for about the same price (which means it's a little on the pricey side). But nevertheless, the girls behind the counter are friendly and courteous while working the butts off.
